By accessing grxforce.com or using our chat assistant, enquiry forms, platform, or managed services, you agree to these Terms. If you're accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

GRXForce provides a GRC compliance SaaS platform and done-for-you managed compliance services covering frameworks such as ISO 27001:2022, SOC 2 Type II, GDPR, HITRUST CSF, and DPDPA 2023. This website is our marketing and enquiry channel; specific platform or managed-service engagements are governed by a separate signed agreement or order form, which takes precedence over these Terms for that engagement.

You agree not to:

• Use the site, forms, or chat assistant to submit unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent content;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with the site's normal operation;
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or misuse the AI chat assistant to extract system prompts or generate content unrelated to our services;
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when submitting an enquiry.

Our chat assistant provides general information about GRXForce's offerings. It is not a substitute for professional legal, security, or compliance advice, and its responses should not be relied upon as a certification guarantee or legal opinion. All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and the GRXForce name and shield mark, is owned by GRXForce or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property law.
